O/T LG That person from that other link you posted from the Coffee Shop thread is a loon (and probably broke due to their own stupidity).

LG, I believe the community on SI is much better informed than those on Yahoo or Raging Bull message boards. Do your own DD is a pretty basic concept in investing. Let the buyer beware is a universal concept. Since you aren't selling or soliciting anything, I don't see how you could be liable.

I guess you could be held liable if someone tried hard enough, but it seems something more simple and less scary would suffice.

Anyway, I appreciate your posts and I didn't mean to criticize your efforts to protect yourself and others reading your board. Love the new board and location.
