The NRA is working to ensure that politicians keep the meaning as it was originally intended HaHaHa, you mean the founding fathers wanted a bunch of nuts out there with automatic weapons? You are a goof. The NRA just wants to pad their pocketbook and that of the weapon manufacturers who promote the NRA. Freedom has both a price and a limitation. A baby is born with the right to do anything, poop or cry whenever the need arises. Any rule is an abridgement of the total anarchy that could be considered your right. After all, it's your life right? Giving up rights for the common good is called civilization. It's really a function of population density as to what and how many rights are forfeited. It's as if there was only so much freedom to go around and it has to be divided up in advance (and for those of you too stupid to see a metaphore when you read it, go soak your head). If you want to stick with original intent then citizens should be handed a musket when they are old enough to fire it. TP
