I got his book first... what I like about it is it has the cross reference to the cooking recipes so you can use to recipes for the sausages you make.

And don't forget, the index I posted a while back is to his book... so if you print it off (you may want to put it into an Excell spreadsheet first) it will help you when you are planning which sausages to make.

Maybe you can help me. I think it was in his book that there is a recommendation for 3 or 4 sausages you should make and have on hand at all times for cooking. I can't find the reference and I have been back through the book many times. One of the sausages was andouille.
