Hi Ray, I am glad you have high confidence in your own theory. Considering that you would be putting low beta on the stock and should be able to short AMCC on say 50% gain from this point? ($17 to $25). At that point you can tell us if the mania will continue or evaporate. Nothing specific in your theory which concerns with AMCC in specific. All IC' companies are facing demand issue - PMCS, VTSS, TXCC, TQNT to name a few. Not to mention old economy companies are equally facing similar situation and its bad time for all. Best luck
