Hello NightOwl,

When I said rich, I meant the attorney’s fees, not the attorneys themselves.

It is one thing to get a fraud verdict on (alleged by RMBS) wrong jury instructions for a) keeping silent during JEDEC meetings which raises the issue of “reliance”, and b) modifying patents to fit SRAM specifications (RMBS alleges that this is legal if they originate from the founding patent application in 1991); and another thing is to “prove” charges that RMBS defrauded the US patent office with the intent of monopolizing the industry. Remember, there was a guy that testified that in his 30 years of service in the patent office, he never saw so many inventions in one application. He was describing the original 1991 RMBS’s patent application.

Regards,
ST

P.S. I enjoy very much reading your posts. Their form is flawless, fun to read, and probably the best written on any board. Now, as for their content, you would allow a disagreement here and there, won’t you?
