Lisa will not be a plaintiff. That I can assure you right now, so you may imagine how that letter shall be received. Your discussion of my standing with Counsel is appalling. That is none of your business. It seems you and Lisa feel it is your right to interfere in that relationship. I can well understand why, if you are what I suspect you are. I don't think brokers and sites are pleased that this process is going forward. I suspect the name of the firm has been leaked to them. This is unfortunate. I have informed only my immediate family of their name. Did the big secret law firm direct and authorize you to solicit plaintiffs by asking for their full legal name, address, and phone number with the knowledge that you could assert no privilege to protect their anonymity or their personal confidential information in this case or any other case? Alarm #2. This will not work, my friend. If they had or had not done so, I certainly would not discuss that here. My conversations and relationship with Counsel are privileged. If I were the idiot you say I am, then I would answer this question. The way Ollie is behaving they may not take it. I have no idea if this is suppose to be a class action suit or individual suits. That is an interesting comment. You have done nothing but discourage plaintiffs from coming forward, attacked me, fished for information that is privileged, and then you admit you hav no idea where this suit is headed? If I were you, I would not interfere. Your actions and those of Lisa are out of order and highly suspect. You did not answer my question, and this information, unlike your brazen solictaition of legally privileged information from me, is NOT privileged; rather, it is a simple question about your professional career in day trading. Do you refuse to answer? I repeat: 1. Are you working on behalf of brokerage firms or chat sites, or a law firm representing brokers/sites, or anyone affiliated with such? 2. Are you currently employed by a brokerage firm or chat site or an affiliate of these? 3. Are you attempting to mislead SI Members about this case and about myself personally? 4. Have you ever met me? 5. Have you ever used multiple aliases simultaneously on SI? 6. Have you ever attempted to secure Counsel for this case at any time? 7. Why did you imply that I might become a defendant in this case? Do you have evidence of any wrongdoing on my part? (If not you commit libel.) Please answer here in public, so members here may be more fully informed of your motives and intentions. By the way, only those who traded alongside me or saw me as a moderator know me as "Ollie."
