"Lisa will not be a plaintiff. That I can assure you right now, so you may imagine how that letter shall be received."

Are you speaking on behalf of the law firm? If so, then say so and I think she will be contacting another firm this week.

Ollie, your actions are suspect. Show me one post from ANYONE here on this thread or on this site that discourages people from coming forward and contacting THE LAW FIRM -who has accountability, privilege and a fiduciary responsibility.

This is a clear cut example of you twisting words to fit your agenda. Back up your claim with evidence. PROVIDE ONE LINK.

WHY DO YOU WANT PEOPLE TO PROVIDE THEIR FULL LEGAL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO YOU?

There are many posts by people who think potential plaintiffs should not come forward to you. I have seen none that discourage people from coming forward to the law firm itself.

To change a line from Tomb Raider, your ignorance amuses me.

Just because you make an accusation does not make it so.
Just because you twist words to fit your agenda does not make it the posters intent.

The law firm can easily find out Ms. Leeza's true agenda by calling her. Your representation that she will never be considered a plaintiff is quite disturbing. I take it you are speaking on behalf of the law firm?

Please confirm.

My conversations and relationship with Counsel are privileged.

And whose privilege would you be violating if you answered the question?

the lawyers in the gallery may correct me on this, but the laws surrounding privilege mean that the lawyer cannot divulge information that you give them. It doesn't mean that you can't divulge that information (however unwise it may be).
