You and Lisa have most certainly discouraged plaintiffs from coming forward. You have attacked a leader in this case. You have done grave damage to the fair evolution of this process. If you are operating on behalf of brokers and sites, this thread shall be introduced as evidence in all likelihood, to show just how despicable and deceitful those who control this field truly are. This is not new and it has been done before. Your posting insults here does not change the fact of securities fraud and the fact that plaintiffs are moving forward. I am not interested in opinions; I am interested in facts.

You and others have asked me many questions during the past week. I have done my best to answer all of these which were not related to privileged legal matters. However, you have now twice refused to answer any of mine. Answer the questions, please:

1. Are you working on behalf of brokerage firms or chat sites, or a law firm representing brokers/sites, or anyone affiliated with such?
2. Are you currently employed by a brokerage firm or chat site or an affiliate of these?
3. Are you attempting to mislead SI Members about this case and about myself personally?
4. Have you ever met me?
5. Have you ever used multiple aliases simultaneously on SI?
6. Have you ever attempted to secure Counsel for this case at any time?
7. Why did you imply that I might become a defendant in this case? Do you have evidence of any wrongdoing on my part? (If not you commit libel.)

Why would you not answer these questions?

As for yours, I requested not "financial information" but brief and quite general information in an effort to identify plaintiffs. This I have stated now many times here. People such as yourself are exactly why I do this. Under no circumstances will I stand in court alongside a wild and reckless speaker such as yourself.

How unfortunate that the truth at SI is a popularity contest. I know why, however, and this shall come out. The days of hiding behind multiple aliases and powerful companies are over.

O.A.

It is funny. I requested traders contact me if they wished to be plaintiffs long ago, before some here knew the name of this law firm or that I would be meeting with them. Now that this is known, I am attacked for requesting this information when no one had any problems with this earlier. Now why would that be? Is it that someone wishes to discourage plaintiffs from coming forward, or that they wish to destroy my standing in this case, because now finally they realize that this lawsuit is impending and not a "bluff" as they have constantly maintained up until now? Keep in mind that the site I established banned broker deals and moderator trading. The record was excellent and is provable. Therefore, brokers and sites must try all they can to discredit me. The only problem with that is I have been honest and not abused anyone. That will make this objective quite difficult to realize. Brokers and sites gambled that all traders were dirty so they would never dare oppose them (as you would blackmail them, and this has been attempted towards me); you made a grave miscalculation. Of course crooks are inclined to be sure that everyone else is likewise mental and a liar, as their view on the world is inevitably warped.

If you refuse to publicly answer these questions critical to discerning your motives in speaking out here as you have, then I believe Silicon Investor that members may quite easily draw their own conclusions.

If you lie answering them here then that will be used in evidence. Take your pick.

As for your question, am I acting as representative of this law firm, I believe I already answered this question:

O.A.
