I would say that is accurate ... PANIC comes in all shapes and sizes and occurs when the buying public least considers it ...

at present,... many small investors believe that the markets are sound and that the system is their to protect them ....

a good spanking will come, ... you can count on it .... spankings=hurt=panic=bye bye little investor ...

as I said, on another thread,.. Even the old man who shines my shoes and dusts off the lint from my socks and pants is fully invested in so-called quality high-techs(i.e Nortel) ... Not a good sign ...

I call it .... the Shine/Lint Indicator

I'm an EWave student for many years ... but, many think we are in an upward C Wave that will thrust the markets to 2800-3000 on the NASDAQ .... all I can say to those,... are you are WRONG !!! ...

If you only knew how many World-Wide screen painters are around,... at present

So I guess the big boys are playing musical chairs with one another? For the theory to work I would have to think the big boys would have to have the small investor to sell too! I can't buy into the conspiracy theory, and if one really believes in it I can't believe they have their money in the markets to begin with!
