Stupid folks get caught in lie's all the time. From their education they never learned the wisdom of not lying. I wonder does that correlate to smoking and not inhaling. As to character I also look to count the number of destroyed lives of those who ever had anything to do with them. There are private and public destroyed lives and I think mr bill is far and way the master destroyer of lives private and public. I'd suggest that education is about what one has learned and what one has learned is reflected in the character of how one lives their life.
