I'm having to develop applications using their face recognition technology.

I can say it isn't 100% accurate.

In our test base, we have a person who keeps getting misidentified as someone else...

They are not at the point where they can run completely automatic. YOu still need a human in the identification loop.

I gave our test subjects to them to test with and even with their techniques they ended up with the wrong match.

Over the past several months I've had to work with the vsnx face software and during this time, the first bug I reported several months ago they still haven't been able to fix.

The first bug I ran into is you must be an Administrator to run the software. What this means is that if you are an average Joe on a network, you cannot use the software.

The more recent bug I encountered, they still haven't even responded to. They seem to be more concerned over the price of the stock than in supporting those of us who paid %$$$ to get their software development kit.
