Even if what AREM wants to accomplish with this recapitalization is both legal and ethical, the tactic, if permitted, can will be widely abused by others in the future Message 16019255 Have fun trying to come with new ways to get around this post. You know its bad for shorts when somebody finds a working model on recapitalization for going long out of a book that a short guru recommended.(make me think something is very very fishy)
