It has been my general understanding that MOT, LU and NOK all had deals that were below the industry standard rate. I think that this was due to the fact that these three companies all signed CDMA license agreements relatively early (though cross-licensing probably also played a part).

Just a guess....but industry standard is probably around 4.5%-5%, while these three are probably between 2.5%-3%.
