Hi Karen, Point of order: isn't there a wee bunch of hot rocks in a sauna upon which one can pour water and make steam? I can see I'm going to have to read Taz's article on the sauna a little more closely. How's your Fourth been so far? Mine has been terribly quiet. We went sailing and I've read half of Ruth Reichl's "Comfort Me With Apples", the second installment of her memoir as a food writer. And my kitten is getting very brazen. He pushes his way out of a screen last night and Bill and I were woken up at 6 this morning to the tapping sound of two very forlorn cats, sitting forlornly on the sill.
