JLA,

These fluctuations in temperatures have been happening for millions of years. Why does anyone think that a bunch of puny human beings is going to be able to change that? There have been several ice ages that have been documented, and long periods of heat much higher than we are experiencing these days, such as when the dinosaurs roamed the Earth. These fluctuations are merely a natural phenomenon, and the libs are making a really stupid issue of it.

JLA, global warming may or may not be a fact. Here's an article that helps explain why we don't know yet and why it is so difficult to obtain factual info.

Climate Research: The Devil Is in the Details
Address:http://www.nytimes.com/2001/07/03/science/03CLIM.html This is in the NYT Science section and may require free registration.

The following are my thoughts, not from the NYT article.

"Global Warming" may or may not be a fact but the protestations of the radical environmentalists are a fraud; they are the Chicken Little squawkings of propagandists, based on unscientific projections of inadequate data, thus deriving fraudulent "truths".

Prayer for the pragmatic: Dear God in Heaven, give us the will to resist the "help" of the government and the lunatic ravings of the radical left whacko's who seem to want to "save" everything except us.
