Dear dear 7442166, Reagan signed the Garnes St Germaine act which deregulated S+L's.... is 90% responsible,

So gov davis signed the energy dereg. and he is 90% responsible for the energy crisis.

Just applying your logic.

Hoover was absolutely a closet queen. Has definitely been proven. I've seen photos.

Where have you seen the photos, the Star or the National Enquirer?

What a load of crap.

Reagan signed the Garnes St Germaine act which deregulated S+L's and let the pigs to the troughs. His administration is 90% responsible, the rest of the responsibility beloinging to Dixiecrats like Wright and a few in Lousiana and Arkansas. I know the history very well. When Reagan signed the bill he boasted "This will unleash the power of Free Enterprise". Instead it unleashed the hogs, white collar crooks and soft money scammers. Our children will still be paying for that.

More bogus BS. The S+L debacle rests squarely on the shoulders of the Dem Congress, although Mr. McCain gets a little credit too. Remember the Keating Five?

I've also done a bit of reading about Hoover. I'm also not fond of the man. The Constitution was simply an unfortunate impediment to him. I suspect the "drag queen" charges are actually true.

But about those photos....
Did Sam Giancana invite you over for peak? Because my understanding is that they were in the possession of the Chicago mob. Have you thought about what talking could cost you.

I retract my statements on Reagan. He did sign the bill that led to the S&L crisis. I'd forgotten that bit of recent history.

Oh, and you "forgot" the other six items.
