Yes, I got 'em. :-) Patricia and I ate at Victoria & Alberts last night; a 4 star restaurant in The Grand Floridian resort. Oh man, was it ever good. I had: -Marinated Boar with Nappa Cabbage Slaw, Soy Vinaigrette -Maine Scallop with Celery Root Puree in Lobster Broth -Smoked Mussel Bisque -Prime Filet of Beef with Vidalia Onion Mash -Passendale, Le Chatelain Camembert and English Stilton with Burgundy Poached Pear -Kona Chocolate Souffle The scallop and mussel bisque were my favorite. I was practically licking the soup bowl but figured since it was a high class place, I'd refrain from embarrassing my wife just this one time. I'll probably have mac -n- cheese tonight. :-) Sam
