I disagree. It appears that the EU anti-trust "listens" more to competitors than either the FTC or the DOJ. The only way any large, dominant company is going to remain under the radar is to play it as clean as they can. Personally, I believe that when the EU blocked the GE-HON merger, it is a harbinger for Intel....
