It would appear to be an almost infallible contrary indicator for bad news and a significant downside move precursor for AMD common is when we both agree in our optimism, as we recently have. The question remains as to whether there is enough almost universal pessimism and hyper-activity on this thread ( another almost infallible contrary indicator ) to signal that the resultant downside move is near maturity and that this is a "buying opportunity". That is a limb, out onto which I feel unable to crawl with any confidence. Of course, the underpinnings are always changing. One set of factors that is very different now is the percentage of and the patience of the very large capital that has recently evolved into the dominant collective ownership of AMD lately.
