OT: Some good plays there. I would probably have a lotto ticket out of the money put, or strangle (less than 5% of the short position) to take advantage of a possible crash (and maybe a 20 bagger) to complete that position. WTHDIK, however.

Rydex numbers pointing to some mass thinking. One fo the reasons for a bounce next week that I am looking at.

Nicholas... I understood the first part where you said that you never purchase contracts less than 2 months out.

The second part: Are you saying that you always buy in the money contracts?

Just wondering? I'm still trying to perfect my options trading strategy. It can be an expensive learning experience. I finally exited with a gain on my Sept 104 DIA puts today after holding for 2 frustrating months.
