Actually there are 2 kinds:

Those who benefit from the prosperity of others, and those who benefit fromt he misery of others.

If you belong to the group who benefits from the misery of others, then yes-- absolutely -- the market has done extremely well! And in a way by 2004 you will owe a ton of thanks to our accidental President.
