Instead of taking the bull by the horns to control their own destiny they continue to look towards the U.S. to make everything right... They need rate cuts now to spur their economies... Growing economies will grow the value of the Euro... They need to be consumer oriented rather than old boys club business oriented... The protectionist, Socialistic environment is strangling their economies and entrepreneurship... I would have felt much better if a Robert Rubin was representing us rather than Paul O'neill...

As for ORCL... Good going... The 17.00 area looks like a good profit taking location... If the market revisits the April lows you could see a dip to the 14.00 or 15.00 area... But, 17.00 looks safe...
