That was a bit tongue in cheek pointed at our Congress / Senate who act as if all the crooks were on our internet / wall street.

Heinz: I think all the major indexes will test and possibly violate their lows before the bear ends -- probably in in late August/early September. Even the sainted Dow. Interesting article on Contrary Investor today about the small caps. They have greatly outperformed this year but now are quite expensive. No longer cheap in any way, shape or form. I would not touch them here with a 10 foot pole for anything more than a brief trade.
