I'd like to add BEAS, and the mother of all... IBM, to that list of shorts.

What do you mean no despair? This entire world's falling into despair. And it's got to do not only with fallen tech earnings but who is running our country without our positive concerns and opinions at heart. Most people are pessimistic now and for good reason. The more you see through the hype and recognize the facts about the true corruption going on the more despair you feel. We're being lied to and pick-pocketed on a daily basis. Even the tax cuts will just go back into their pockets. People and corporations alike. But there is hope. To fight back. To conserve energy so the price is forced back down to foil their plans. Then to make it happen ourselves. But it's going to take time. Other than a nice bump from Microsoft 2000 the tech revolution we can't hope for much until the Bush energy boondoggles are stropped in their tracks. Only then can this economy start breathing again. It's worse than the S+L debacle because it comes right out of our pockets and depresses everyone. Let's hope it's put to a stop soon.
