OK Rambi, it's not like me not to respect you Gore Gals.

Hi Rambi,

I'm making my usual Sunday night pizzas tonight: one regular with red sauce, half cheese, half pepperoni. The other a New England special: chopped clams, lots of sliced garlic, bacon and parmesan cheese. Probably makes your skin crawl. -gg

Have you ever tried cooking a pork tenderloin in the morning, then servingit sliced and cold, with a mustard sauce, or even on sandwhiches? Also, linelgs posted a fantastic-looking recipe for eggplant enchiladas this morning on another thread. I'm going to try them this week, as my vegetarian daughter is here.

Rambi, I did the most fanstastic dinner last night that everyone here loved... and it was perfect for that hot-as-hell time of year (read simple and quick). I marinated boneless chicken thighs in some red wine, then brushed them with a little olive oil and used Montreal Steak Seasoning and Bolner's Chicken Fajita seasoning, grilled them on the George Foreman - served with pasta in a butter-sage-parmesean sauce with a little truffle oil - and green beans with carmelized onions - and a salad of fresh garden tomato slices with basil and a little shallot vinaigrette. it was divine... and just what my household wanted.
