Until the Green Gnome gets off valium or zoloft and realizes that the banks are not passing ANY rate reductions to those with credit cards, this interest rate cut bonanza is only a windfall for the BANKS.
With the credit outstanding being the real problem in this country and the credit card cartel not allowing the variable rates to fall, only to RISE to any amount they deem necessary, we are in big trouble.
Until the little guy can send the money to reduce his credit card balance instead of sending it to pay his doubled home energy bill, there will be recession!
