Well the article you reference shows the balanced of their bias in the For more info section. I have no doubt that Missile Defense is important as an insurance policy and will cost nothing in ROE terms. As to Russia or any country and an arms race, dey ain't got the money. Also the value of space assets now commercial interests will become more and more strategic in value and the ability to defend these assets will increase in importance. Osprey, yeah maybe dumb, but I know nuke subs and building more underwater cigars is big time Dodd dumb. At this point I have not seen what the President wants to do in detail, but I suspect any stupidity in it will be because of political needs to compromise. With an ass like dashal running the senate, common sense will not be in fashion. tom watson tosiwmee
