this information comes from AMD's 10Q which was filed on the 15th of May...

Operating Cash Flow (OCF): 146.756M
Financing Cash Flow (FCF): 338.218M

Now, take a look at the "Investing Cash Flow" the net purchases of PP&E is: -162.213M

However, AMD had a net sale of securities (which isn't part of operations) of approximately +143M.

Basically, this is what I was trying to say. AMD from its OPERATIONS cannot continue their CapEx. Since OCF < Purchases of PP&E (or CapEx)
