for making a bad call? I can understand that. If I said a CEO was a clueless CEO making mistakes and then he made some good moves that helped the company, I'd probably apologize about the clueless comment. No need to sue me to make me apologize if I'm wrong. I have commended CEOs for good moves after bad moves. I used to be a harsh on EZR management because of big mistakes they were making which cost the employees, shareholders a lot. They have since turned things around and made some good moves and I have commended them on it. It's still a bad investment because they had to sell off all divisions of the company but one and they are saddled with huge debt which is due in September with no way to cram it down, pay it off or extend the note. The new ceo is at least doing a good job. Who says I never say anything nice ;-)
