Hi Ferg,

Thanks for the effort. As usual I guess time will tell. it sure would be nice to hear that there was a buy back going on. At these prices it would only take 1.5 million dollars to get rid of about 3/4 of the OS.

Regards,
LC

Q: In your opinion, what would be a good target price for MVEE?
A: Tim didn't want to speculate on that. However, he did mention that we might look to similar media companies (e.g., Total Film Group and Dick Clark Productions) for an idea.

You can NOT even dream about share price until you know the number of OUTSTANDING shares. Is it 4 billion? (I understand it is AT LEAST than many). Is it 40 billion?

When I first invested and Cataldo took over the number was 150 million. Next thing I knew it was over a billion. So, I jump to 10's of billions is not out of the question, IMHO.

To verify shares outstanding, have them furnish the name and number of the TRANSFER AGENT so that shareholders can call directly for verification of oustanding shares. If not, you have to believe what they say which is likely (as has been the case) to be 6 MONTHS OLD!! and therefore, not AT ALL accurate.

I used to own shares of MVEE. Now I do not. Is the O/S is verifiable, I might consider it but ....

generally I'm tired of penny stocks without verifiable information.

As a Canadian company, the number of shares the company CAN issue is boundless!!
