Clinton and his failed energy leadership have left us in the mess we're in. Bush is going to have his hands full picking up the pieces of the polluting Clinton/Gore energy mess.

Fact: Clinton couldn't get one vote to reduce CO2 emissions.

Fact: Clinton/Gore negotiated the Kyoto Protocols and now even their aids say it was a mistake.

Fact: Clinton never outlined a strategic energy plan, never addressed the need to reduce foreign dependance on oil, and never laid out a plan to conserve energy in the eight years he was in office.

Fact: Gore is a phony environmentalists. He pollutes the river near his home. And has been raping the land for minerals for years.

Fact: Clinton/Gore couldn't get ONE vote in the Senate in support of the Kyoto Treaty. This includes Democrats.

Fact: Clinton/Gore didn't do a thing to reduce CO2 emissions the entire time they were in the oval office, except to sign a worthlessly radical document. A document so radical, not ONE Democrat would support it.

Fact: Clinton/Gore did nothing to reduce the level of arsenic in water the entire time they were in office.

These facts are not disputable. And stand in stark contrast to your criticism of Bush, and adulation of Clinton/Gore. Proving beyond a reasonable doubt that your motivation is political and not environmental.

>>problem is the GOP will kill it before it begins. << Only because it's the stupidest thing concocted. Unless the whole world is weaning itself, the US would become a third world power. The price of alternate energy sources will be more expensive not less. We lead the world in innovation, technology supply and feeding the other nations because of our low taxed energy supply. Again you propose that we hand over our superiority. You are a fool.
