Don't be so hostile, Im just telling it like it is! You start shut off people's AC and their enviromental consience will be gone in a heartbeat. If you don't believe me, sit back and watch! On a personal note, I've only run my AC 2 days so far this year, I live a mile from work and I traded my V8 truck in on a puny little car. I even traded in my 19in CRT for a flatscreen monitor. Grey Davis has done an excellent job of passing off the blame on this energy crisis. History will show who was right and who was wrong.

Sensitivity toward nature started here. And it's one reason everyone wants to live here. Even our air in LA is much cleaner than ever before" The California I see are nothing like this. They are selfish ignorant fools. They run their SUV's towing their jet boats and jet skis out to the Colorado River every weekend. They think setting the thermostat at 70 is conserving energy. They are ready to lynch Diane Feinstein (Ok they're right once in a while) for restricting their God given right to run their jet skis where ever they please. When these "envorimentalist" can't get any gas for their fancy toys, there is going to be hell to pay! And guess who is going to get the bill?? PS Who is John Muir?
