Dave that wasn't a very good story. For each share of CS there will be approx 1 Enterasys, .5 RSTN and .25 Aprisma.
CS is trading about $24, RSTN about $18.50. So 24 - (.5 * 18.50) = $14.75 for Enterasys and Aprisma. And .25 * 14.75 = $3.69 for Aprisma per Enterasys share. Aprisma will be spun out of Enterasys later on this year.

How all this will shake out in the market is unclear to me. Especially RSTN's stock price.
