What amazes me is that people keep trying to build companies even with those odds.

If the odds are against a business person, and rentals provide their own set of challenges, how is it that the average person grabs the brass ring? After all, isn't that what the american dream is about?

Are we deceived into trying just to keep the wheel of the rat race turning?
