just ask the guys from pixstream how confident they were when cisco bought them with stock.

I agree. Also, it means that Cisco is feeling that this purchase is worth the risk. I think it's much easier for Cisco to name their price in this bad market. A one cent hit and then acretive. Not bad. I hope the old Cisco we all know and love is beginning to rear its head again.
