Good news release!

Don't know about you guys but I for one would like to hear more about the "...many interested potential purchasers, and fulfilling the orders placed for several plants pursuant to it's recently signed contracts."

Have a great evening every one,
Bob

What a great release.

Not only is Bill C. NOT guilty...he just consented cause he's broke...except for the $1 million plus he expects to be paid by GRNO for past services.

Instead of waiting till he gets around to selling a few more shares to eager purchasers, every existing shareholder should send him $5 or so for each share that they hold - make it easier and less trouble than finding another stock tout and creating another market for GRNO shares...tho more carefully the next time.

Maybe he would consider taking half that $1 million in GRNO shares - why at $0.10 a share or so - that'd be only another 5 million shares...what's a little dilution for such a dedicated executive.

O yes...by the way...has the processor ever produced more than a few barrels of salable oil? Or run for more than a few hours consecutively?

Or has Bill C provided any kind of a meaningful financial/operating report to GRNO shareholders for lo these many years. Not hard to do - just tell the truth about what's happening.

O - of such stuff are pipe dreams made of!

"By agreement, the Final Judgment barred Mr. Carraway for a period of five years from serving as an officer or director of any issuer that has a class of securities registered pursuant to Section 12 of the Exchange Act or that is required to file reports pursuant to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act; however, that disability will not affect his ability to continue to serve as Chairman and President of Green Oasis."

Can someone elaborate on this part of the ruling?

On one hand, it sounds like if GRNO is relisted, Bill can't act as an officer of the company, but that is contradicted by the last sentence...? It is not clear to me what this part of the ruling is really saying. If he can't be an officer of a listed company, than that obviously sends GRNO down a much different path than if, in fact, he can serve as on officer of GRNO.
