You're probably right. Coincidence.

Because of our latitude, it is often difficult to get a good constellation in Alaska. GPS is unreliable under the timber. We let the device take 400 readings which we average. That takes care of the coincidence. Before SA got turned off, we had to differentiate with a base station. We still do, just as a check.
