Just too many clouds remain on the tech horizon. In Toronto, even the "Fast Forward" (i.e tech) section of one of the major morning papers after 7 years of publication has called it quits owing to lack of advertising interest associated with the semi downturn...Perhaps that's a sign that we're at the bottom off the cycle but I somehow doubt it!
