Niceguy,

AMD will have earned 41 cents in H1. I expect Intel to keep the pricing pressure on during H2 -- keeping AMD's ASP depressed and limiting H2 earnings. AMD may have a loss in Q3, but also might have a decent Q4 as AMD+nVidia should rule Xmas. I'm not betting on more than 75 cent for the whole year. That would give AMD a PE of 30 at its current price. That's 50% higher than what the market has historically been willing to give it. So, once again I traded based on what I see the fundamentals to be. That will be my undoing.

Pravin.
