That happened in my state! I don't have the answer to the problem - taking away the right to procreate on the surface sounds extreme. But that said - we have got to do something about this problem. Men driving women and children into poverty because they either wont pay or can't is not acceptable. Nor is it acceptable for him to go into his annual rut and expect we, the tax payer, to pick up the bill for his spawn.
