It simply reflects the LOWER IPC (Instruction per clock)
rate of the Pentium 4. Final result depends on overall
efficiency of the memory subsystem (DRAM/L2/L1+AGP+IDE)
and drivers, where Athlon is lagging by about 40% by now.
However, at 1600 (WS=~73.4) it will beat the P4@2000 on
this benchmark (heavily "net-burst" optimized BTW).
