ORCL/SEBL Battle : There have been trading floor rumors around for several weeks that AT&T (T) was close to a decision on a contract with either Oracle (ORCL) or Siebel (SEBL); the rumor today is that an announcement might be forthcoming tomorrow and that the deal size is in the $40-50 mln range. No further talk, however, on who won the contract.
