Petz,

My overall impression of the conf call was very very negative.

1. Jerry was basically an out of control jerk. He may very well be frustrated at Intel. But he needs to bend over and buy a big business win. And start cracking the market.

2. The admission of majority of sales in June is devastating to their credibility. They knew they were way behind plan. And they dumped stock while they knew this. Ouch!!.

3. Flash as predicted will be worse in Q3.
CPU ASP's will likely go lower, hence a LOSS for the quarter.

This company has NO VISIBILITY and encouraging words on Q4 are just that - wishfull thinking.

4. The new product pipe is kaput.

1.5 Ghz this quarter will provide NO help to ASPS.
And 1.7Ghz by end of Q4 will push thos revenues into Q1 2002.

The ONLY encouraging news was Mobile A4's to 1.2Ghz.

It is CLEAR that overall demand SUCKS bigtime.

Its tough to see Intel remotely meeting plan.

If the markets rally again on all this great news ot may be time short the QQQ's as well.

regards,

Kash J.
