I am always intrigued by the shifts in thinking that occur when arguments go from being about an idea, to being about the other person. Heck, I assume we ALL begin to think/feel the other person in an argument is a moron and/or just plain nasty for not seeing things the right/correct/proper way we do, when they don't agree with US (I hope I am right in this), but most of us try to keep a lid on those feelinks (yes- I combined feel and think in one word- it's mine, I own it, but you may use it if you like, because I am a really nice person)
