P.S. Unable to find a USSC decision that overturned US vs. Miller, I have on occasion asked conservatives to cite any subsequent decision of the Court that overturns US vs. Miller. I have yet to get a citation. [other than a traffic violation citation <s>]. Typically, I get one last "Your mother wears Army Boots" post and then that's the last I hear. jttmab

Dude-- Mailler was not about the 2nd-- the guy was dead, it was about a shotgun being military or not. You cannot take a comment out of text and say it involves something else. If you would , then the overturning of parts of Brady would trump Miller-- read that decision and Thomas says the 2nd is an individual right in a footnote. I have read every SC case supposedly having to do with the 2nd-- and they are NOT about the 2nd. You might want to do a little research before I blow you out of the water...
