Relax, and take a deep breath.

I havent accused GW of flip-flopping. I really have no idea about what said about Kyoto during the campaign. All I have said is that I am glad he has recognized that steps should be taken to mitigate global warming. I don't care if he arrived at that conclusion yesterday, last year or five years ago.
