All in all the USPS has been a monopoly run under the aegis of the US Government. No reason to improve. The top end doesn't want to hear about change, might be some jobs lost. <<It's my impression we are being run by a group of people who may have learned accounting in college, but who have no understanding (or interest) in what actually goes on at the workroom level. >> I remember a chain of clothing stores where the son became a CPA. He did inventory by the numbers, not as a retailer would have done it. Took two years to go broke in a business his father had run for 40 years.
