My read on the deal is that PDG gave the shares to VVV but has a royalty and a string to regain control if gold takes off and the larger mining plan becomes a reality. VVV has an old small mill nearby which could achieve the "start up" on a very small scale which may satisfy CVG. Neither VVV nor KRY has the ability to finance Las Cristinas, let's not kid ourselves about that. So, instead of PDG killing the gnat they gave it a partner and PDG won't have to waste any more resources on this mess until or if gold gets to C$350 or so. PDG has said that KRY has never been on the property and they probably have no technical information to base any of their claims on. In the meantime the promoters can play.

They know that LC will not be economic unless gold far exceed $350-$400.
