Word from PR firm (Rubenstein)is that filings will be available soon. Shares in O/S is over 4 billion but not 20 billion.

Let's assume it's 10 billion for the sake of the argument. At 0.0003 per share, market cap is $3 million. That seems reasonable. Can we trust them? Who knows?

Nevertheless, I'm in at 0.03 CENTS!
