No, of course not. I'm saying the Second Amendment does not address nuclear weapons nor any "imperative" to regulate firearms and firearms owners. Personally I have no need for a sawed off shotgun, but the standard for them is ridiculous. The shotgun that started the Ruby Ridge debacle was 1/4 inch too short, and was created at the request of the government.

Tiger Paw This is an asinine argument and you know it. Atomic weapons. Lets see, they were not even conceived of nor was the science that defined them at the time of the the Constitution. This is a arguement put forth by those mindles rabid gun haters. The type of people which you seem to follow. The other day you mentioned you owned a rifle and were for gun control. That is fine. Then you further stated I should check my sources because they are leading me down a path I am un aware of, or some such insinuation. Let me tell you that it is documented the people you follow are on record as wanting every gun confiscated, the USA turned into a Socialist State. Is this what you want? You think you can control gun grabbers once they get started? They want it all.
